Confidentiality of Client Information

Weild & Co. does not disclose any confidential information obtained about its clients, except as required or permitted by law or as otherwise authorized by such clients. Weild & Co. is committed to preserving the confidentiality and security of its clients' information.

Information We Collect

In connection with investor onboarding, subscription processing, and regulatory compliance, we may collect the following categories of personal information:

• Name, email address, phone number, and mailing address
• Social Security Number (SSN) or Employer Identification Number (EIN)
• Financial information including income, net worth, and investment experience
• Government-issued identification documents
• Accreditation and professional certification records
• Digital signature data and related metadata
• Broker-dealer affiliation information

Disclosures of Your Personal Information to Third Parties

We may share your personal information with other companies we have hired to provide services for us. These companies — our vendors — are required to maintain the confidentiality of such information to the extent they receive it and to use your personal information only in the course of providing such services and only on our behalf for the purposes that Weild & Co. has hired them and for which it has instructed them.

We may also release information about you if you direct us to do so, or if we are required or authorized by law to make disclosures to the government or private parties in connection with a lawsuit, subpoena, investigation, or similar proceeding, or to protect against fraud and to otherwise cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Specifically, we may share information with:

• Broker-dealers and registered representatives involved in your transactions
• Regulatory authorities as required by law (SEC, FINRA, FinCEN)
• Third-party identity verification and compliance screening providers
• E-signature service providers (DocuSign) for subscription agreement execution
• Escrow agents and banking institutions in connection with fund transfers

Security of Collected Information

We use all reasonable efforts to protect your personal information from unauthorized or inappropriate access. Sensitive personal information (SSN, EIN, bank account numbers) is encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption. Access to personal information is restricted to those Weild & Co. personnel who need to know the information to respond to your inquiry or request. All data transmissions are protected by SSL/TLS encryption.

Weild & Co. welcomes your email correspondence. However, it is possible that information transmitted to Weild & Co. may be read or obtained by other parties. Messages sent over the internet cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure or error-free as they are subject to possible interception, corruption, delay, loss, or possible alteration. Weild & Co. is not responsible for them and will not be liable to you or anyone else for any damages or otherwise in connection with any messages sent by you to Weild & Co. or any message sent by Weild & Co. to you over the internet. If you send email (encrypted or not) to Weild & Co. over the internet, you are accepting the associated risks, including lack of confidentiality.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Note that certain information may be retained as required by securities regulations and applicable record-keeping requirements.

Annual Notice

In accordance with Regulation S-P, this privacy policy is provided to you at the time of account opening and annually thereafter. If our privacy practices change materially, we will provide you with a revised notice.
