About This Offering
The mission of the Company is to deliver potential life-saving diagnostic tests to the public for free and advance prevention and early diagnosis of sex-related and Lynch Syndrome cancers, by combating late-stage cancer diagnoses and helping to bend the cost-curve in healthcare through donating free diagnostic tests that are the subject of enormous fraud, waste and abuse of public health (particularly addressing the billions of dollars of potential overbilling and upcoding by Medicare and Medicaid). We pair testing with outreach, logistics, and clinician coordination, so that results lead to care. Our focus is practical access and earlier detection where the need is greatest, reducing disparities and strengthening community resilience, while shepherding resources toward prevention rather than late-stage treatment. Saving lives through strategic giving, while helping to subsidize major cost-centers of public healthcare, is our mission.
